NPI Project Management

The NPI process (New Product Introduction) is a complete blueprint that takes an idea through various structured phases and that results in a finished product being launched into the marketplace. We will build a project time plan including critical path analysis and resource planning, manage stakeholders and project risk.

Sales Representative

We select products and manufacturers based on our criteria and relationships, and take into account our established longterm partners, innovative and competitive products, and marketability of the product. As a manufacturing sales representative, our duties are to manage customers, present product features, and recommend ways to promote and display products. We will attend trade shows and conferences, following up with new and existing customers, answering any questions, preparing sales contracts, submitting orders for processing, and collaborating with colleagues for marketing and selling strategies. With most selling to targeted markets in the selected geographic regions, and we have established a significant foothold within our region.
